There can be several reasons why a card gets declined. When we send a payment request to your bank, it’s their automated system that decides whether it’s approved or not. These systems look at things like your purchase history, available balance, and the size of the transaction.
Because these factors constantly change, a card that worked before may still be declined at a later time. Even if all card details are correct, the bank’s security system can sometimes block a payment by mistake.
Unfortunately, not always. In most cases, we only receive the information that the card was declined — without a specific reason.
First, double-check that all card details are entered correctly.
Then contact your bank. They can see the payment attempt, explain why it was declined, and remove any blocks.
As an alternative, you can pay using PayPal. Even if you don’t have funds in your PayPal balance, you can still use your card through PayPal as the payment method. In some cases, the card may be accepted there even if it’s declined in our checkout.
In the end, the best option is always to contact your bank to find the cause and resolve the issue.
