These general terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Stikaro AB’s (“Stikaro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website, social media and our services.
By using our website, interacting with our social media, or using our services, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the website, the social media channels, or our services.
Stikaro AB is a Swedish company offering print products, promotional materials and design services via our website
www.stikaro.com (the “Website”).
We operate and are responsible for all information, functionality and service provided via the Website and our official social media accounts,
including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok (the “Social Media”).
Our services include manufacturing, printing and distribution of customized products as well as other related tools and offers (the “Services”).
In these Terms:
“Customer”, “you”, “your” – any person or company using the Website, our Social Media or our Services.
“Website” – Stikaro’s digital platforms, including all subpages, features and tools.
“Services” – any products, services, offers or features Stikaro provides online or via Social Media.
By visiting the Website, using our Services or interacting with our Social Media, you enter into a binding agreement with Stikaro AB and accept these Terms in full.
These Terms apply together with any special terms stated for specific services, campaigns or features.
In case of conflict, the special terms for that specific service prevail.
Stikaro reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
If a material change is made, it will be announced on the Website.
Continued use of the Website, Social Media or Services after changes have been published means that you accept the updated Terms.
Privacy
We only collect personal data that is necessary in order to:
– process orders and payments,
– produce and deliver products,
– handle customer service and support matters,
– send order confirmations, delivery notifications and similar communications,
– improve our services and the user experience on the website.
Examples of personal data we may process:
– name, address, email, phone number,
– company name and organization number (for business purchases),
– order history, files and print artwork,
– payment and delivery information.
We do not collect more information than is needed for the purposes above.
Customer uploaded files, designs, logos and images are stored only for the customer’s benefit, for example to facilitate reorders or future changes.
We never use, publish or display customers’ designs or materials in marketing, examples or any other context without the customer’s explicit permission. The customer retains full copyright to all uploaded material.
We store data on secure servers within the EU/EEA. Personal data and files are stored only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above, or as long as required by law (e.g., accounting regulations). We use technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss or disclosure of information.
Stikaro does not share personal data with third parties outside the EU/EEA, except:
– when required to complete payment (e.g., payment provider),
– for delivery of goods (e.g., carriers),
– or when required by law.
All partners process data in accordance with applicable data protection rules and only for the specified purpose.
As a customer, you have the right to:
– access the personal data we process about you,
– request correction of inaccurate data,
– request deletion (“the right to be forgotten”) where legally possible,
– object to certain processing, and
– request restriction of processing or data portability.

Eligibility and use
1. Age requirement
Our website and our services are intended for persons who are 18 years of age or older. By using the website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement with Stikaro AB under Swedish law. If you are under 18 years of age, consent from a guardian is required to complete a purchase.
2. Customer account
To place orders and use certain features (e.g., reorders, order history or saved files),
you may create a customer account with us. You are responsible for:
– keeping your login details confidential,
– using the account only for your own use,
– providing correct and up-to-date information.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared with others. Stikaro may close or temporarily suspend accounts in case of suspected misuse, false information, or violations of these Terms.
3. Permitted content
Stikaro offers printing and design of customized products. We do not normally review the graphic content in detail, but we reserve the right to refuse or stop production of material that:

– infringes third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks or image rights).
We do not produce designs featuring Nazi symbols, racist or illegal material. Designs that are provocative, humorous or adult in nature (e.g., sexual designs) are not prohibited in themselves, as long as they do not violate the law or general standards of decency. The customer is fully responsible for all uploaded material, its legality and that the necessary permissions exist.
4. Technical and legal protection
You may not:
– attempt to bypass security systems, hack, spread viruses or otherwise interfere with the website’s operation,
– collect information or data from other customers,
– use our services for fraudulent purposes.
In case of suspected misuse, infringement or illegal activity, Stikaro reserves the right to take appropriate technical and legal measures.
5. License to use
Stikaro grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the website and our services for personal and lawful use, for the purpose of ordering and managing printed products. Any other use requires our explicit written permission.
Ordering, payment and delivery
Products are ordered via our website stikaro.com.
Once you have placed an order and received an order confirmation by email, a binding agreement arises between you and Stikaro AB (“Stikaro”).
Stikaro reserves the right to refuse, modify or cancel orders in case of technical errors, incorrect pricing, suspected misuse, or content that violates the law or these Terms.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of ordering (address, contact details, files, specifications, etc.) is correct and complete.
2. Payment
Payment is made via the payment options specified on the website. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method. Stikaro may charge payment immediately at the time of order for customized products.
Any costs incurred due to non-payment (e.g., fees for rejected payments) are borne by the customer.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices and offers on the website may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one shown at the time the order is placed.
Colors and the appearance of products may differ slightly from what is shown on screen depending on display settings, printing technique and material.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times depend on the product, volume and shipping option and are stated on the website or in the order confirmation.
Stikaro is not responsible for delays or damage that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, or for issues caused by incorrect address details.
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to Stikaro, the customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.
5. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Since Stikaro’s products are made to the customer’s specifications (customized goods), the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) Chapter 2, Section 11(3) does not apply.
Once the proof has been approved, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
6. Claims and refunds
If you receive a product that is defective, misprinted or does not match the approved proof, you have the right to file a claim. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time (no later than 14 days from delivery).
If the claim is approved, Stikaro will offer:
– reprint (replacement product) at no cost, or
– a refund of all or part of the purchase amount.
7. Limitation of liability
Stikaro is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or other consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Proofs
Free digital proof within 4 hours
Every new order includes a free digital proof within 4 hours after the order is placed. This timeframe is a target and may be affected by order volume, file quality, and weekends or public holidays.
Card details at checkout – no charge before approval
We ask for card details when you place your order. No charge is made until you have approved the proof. (Note that a card authorization may appear with your bank until the order is either approved or cancelled.)
Exceptions that go straight to production
The following skip proof and go directly to production:
– Reorders without changes
– Orders created in the Editor (where the layout is finalized in the tool)
Unlimited revisions – free of charge
You can request unlimited proof revisions at no cost until you are fully satisfied. Please note that repeated revisions may affect delivery times.
Cancel for free before approval
You can cancel your order at any time before you approve the proof – completely free of charge. Once the proof has been approved (via a button in the system or written approval), production starts, and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Technical check and file adjustments
We perform a technical prepress check (e.g., resolution, format, bleed, color profile). If needed, we may suggest technical adjustments to ensure printability. You are responsible for the content and layout (e.g., text, spelling, placement, proportions and artwork).
Color appearance and materials
Colors may differ between screen and print due to CMYK conversion, materials and printing technique. Minor deviations are normal and do not constitute a defect. Exact Pantone matching may require an additional fee or a separate solution via quotation.
Intellectual property
All material that you as a customer upload to Stikaro, such as logos, images, text, graphic files, layouts, design proposals or other creations (“Customer Materials”), is and remains your property. Stikaro makes no claim to ownership of the Customer Materials.
By uploading files and placing an order, you grant Stikaro a non-exclusive, global and royalty-free license
to use, process, reproduce and store the Customer Materials only to the extent necessary to:
– produce, quality check and deliver ordered products,
– provide customer support, and
– store the materials to facilitate future reorders.
Stikaro will never use, display, sell or share Customer Materials for marketing purposes, portfolios or social media without the customer’s explicit written consent.
Stikaro’s rights
All content created by or belonging to Stikaro – including but not limited to the website’s design, texts, images, logos, print templates, tools, graphics, typography, databases and software – belongs to Stikaro AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and marketing laws.
No part of Stikaro’s content may be copied, reused, modified, distributed, published or otherwise used without written permission from Stikaro.
Responsibility for uploaded material
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that uploaded material:
– does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks, design rights or image rights),
– does not violate Swedish law or applicable rules, and
– does not contain illegal, offensive or abusive material
(e.g., hate speech, discrimination, child sexual abuse material or threats).
Stikaro does not normally review the content of uploaded files, but reserves the right to refuse, stop or delete material deemed inappropriate, illegal, or likely to result in legal liability.
Suggestions, ideas and feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, improvement proposals or other feedback to Stikaro (e.g., via email or social media), the right to use such feedback freely transfers to Stikaro. You thereby waive any claim to compensation or a right to be credited in future products or services.
Limitation of liability
Stikaro strives to provide print products and services of high quality, but we do not guarantee that the website or our services will always be free from errors, interruptions or disturbances. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access to the website for maintenance, updates or technical issues at any time.
2. Color, material and production deviations
Minor color differences, material variations or trimming/cutting deviations may occur between the proof, digital preview and the final product due to printing techniques, material characteristics and color profiles (CMYK). Such variations are normally considered acceptable within industry practice and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a claim.
3. Customer responsibility for files and content
The customer is responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are correct, printable and free from errors. Stikaro performs only a technical check of file format, resolution and color profile. We are not responsible for errors caused by typos, incorrect layout, low image quality, proportions or artwork placement.
4. Delays and carrier liability
Delivery times stated on the website are estimates. Stikaro is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control. The risk for the goods transfers to the customer when the order has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Force majeure
Stikaro is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (“force majeure”), such as natural disasters, fire, flooding, war, strikes, power outages, operational disruptions, government decisions, supplier delays, pandemics or disruptions in transport or communication. In such cases, delivery is postponed until the obstacle has ceased.
6. Indirect damages
Stikaro is not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, loss of data, production downtime or damage to third parties, arising in connection with the use of our products, website or services.
7. Limitation of liability
Stikaro’s total liability to the customer, regardless of cause, is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that Stikaro cannot limit under mandatory law.
Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Stikaro AB. We always strive to find a fast and fair solution for all matters.
2. Dispute resolution for consumers
If you are a private individual and a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you have the right to have the matter reviewed by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). ARN is an impartial board that reviews consumer disputes free of charge.

3. Dispute resolution for businesses
Disputes between Stikaro AB and business customers that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled in Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
