What size should I order?
You don’t need to know the exact size when you order. We adjust it based on your design and show the final size in your proof, along with any updated pricing.
For example: if you order an 8 × 8 cm sticker, the final size might end up being 8 × 7.5 cm depending on the shape of your artwork. When you receive your proof, you’ll see the exact size and can request changes until you’re 100% happy. We want your stickers to turn out exactly the way you imagined — no more, no less.
Can I write on your stickers?
Yes — you can absolutely write on our stickers. This makes them perfect for name labels, product stickers, or handmade goods. We recommend a permanent marker or ballpoint pen — let the ink dry for a few seconds for best results.
All of our stickers have a matte finish that feels premium and is easy to write on, except our holographic and glitter stickers, which have a glossy finish. We don’t offer a separate glossy option, because our customers love the unique matte look.
Do I get a proof before ordering?
Every new order includes a free proof within 4 hours after you place your order. We ask for your card details at checkout, but nothing is charged until you approve the proof.
Some orders skip the proof and go straight into production — for example reorders and orders created in the Editor.
You can request as many changes as you want, completely free, until you’re 100% happy. You can also cancel your order at any time before you approve the proof — at no cost.
How long does delivery take?
We normally print and ship your order within 4 business days. Your exact delivery date is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Express delivery is available as an add-on for a small priority fee if you need your stickers extra fast.
