We make it easy to cancel an order — or individual products — as long as you haven’t approved the proof. Once the proof is approved, the order can no longer be canceled.
Here’s how to cancel an order:
Go to My Orders
Select your order number
Click Cancel at the bottom left
Confirm your choice
If you change your mind, you can resume the order by clicking Resume on the same page.
