If you have more than one proof that hasn’t been approved yet, you can cancel a proof without canceling the entire order.
To cancel a proof:
Go to My Account
Click on Order Details
Select Cancel Order
Once all proofs are approved, neither the proof nor the order can be canceled.
Reorders skip the proof process and go straight into production, so they cannot be canceled either.
Any orders waiting for proof approval for more than 15 days are automatically canceled.
