All orders at Stikaro are shipped with DHL and are always trackable. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. On fedex.com, you can track the delivery status, see any delivery attempts, and find out where the package was left.
For extra security, we require a signature upon delivery for orders over 500 SEK. Smaller orders are delivered directly to the provided address or a pickup location.
If your package unexpectedly goes missing, contact us — we’ll be happy to reprint and resend any missing items.
