RGB colors are based on light (additive color mixing). The more colors combined, the brighter the result — eventually white. This is why RGB can create bright, neon-like colors. This is how screens on TVs, computers, and phones work.
CMYK, on the other hand, is based on ink (subtractive color mixing). The more colors combined, the darker the result. Because light cannot reflect the same way on printed material, it’s difficult to reproduce the same brightness as on a screen.
This means colors that look vivid and bright digitally can appear duller in print, especially neon and highly saturated shades.
